  3. เจรจาต่อรองราคา ปริมาณขึ้นต่า เงื่อนไขการสั่งซื้อ และรูปแบบภาพลักษณ์ สินค้า เพื่อให้ได้สินค้าที่คุ้มค่า คุ้มราคา มีคุณภาพและสามารถแข่งขันในตลาดได้

  4. จัดทาใบเปรียบเทียบ (Bidding) เพื่อให้ได้ตาม spec และได้ราคาและเงื่อนไขที่ดีที่สุดในการสั่งซื้อ

  5. ประสานงานและติดตามสินค้าต่างประเทศ ตามเวลาที่กาหนด ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน

  6. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อจัดส่งสินค้าไปยังโกดังสินค้า พร้อมตรวจสอบปริมาณและคุณภาพให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน, รวมถึงการส่งกลับคืน / เคลมหากสินค้าไม่ได้มาตรฐาน

  7. ประเมินและคัดเลือก supplier ที่มีคุณภาพ เชื่อถือได้
