Responsibilities

  • Create preliminary and detailed layout drawings from conceptual designs
  • Assess project requirements and recommend equipment capacities to maximize efficiency and ROI
  • Calculate and specify utility requirements including electrical, water, drainage, gas, ventilation, and load specifications
  • Prepare technical drawings showing equipment layout, elevations, and utility connection points
  • Develop accurate and competitive proposals to support sales activities
  • Coordinate schedules, documentation, and workflows with internal teams and external partners
  • Support order processing and freight coordination
  • Manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field
  • 5 years of experience with AutoCAD Architecture or similar design software
  • Experience in technical design, facility planning, or solutions support, with the ability to handle coordination and administrative tasks
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills; detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Good command of English
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment, with occasional travel and extended computer-based work
