Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Excellence Assistant Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Operational Excellence Senior Manager. The successful candidate will lead process improvement initiatives, manage data-driven projects, and support the implementation of AI-driven solutions across the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in operational excellence, project management, and data analytics. Fluency in English and strong data analysis skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Operational Excellence Initiatives:

  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Supervise and guide Operational Excellence Specialists in executing these initiatives.

Project Management:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and completing AI-driven and data analytics projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.

AI Integration:

  • Collaborate with AI development teams to integrate AI solutions into operational processes.
  • Ensure the seamless deployment and integration of AI agents into existing systems and workflows.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards to visualize key metrics.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to drive project success.
  • Work closely with the Tech Engineering team from our India office, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management roles.
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies and data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills, with PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Fluency in English is required. This job is open to Thai nationals only.
