Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule meetings for executives
  2. Book meeting rooms and coordinate necessary equipment or space setup
  3. Arrange travel logistics in coordination with travel agencies, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and restaurant reservations
  4. Liaise with vendors or agencies for team purchases and confirmations
  5. Submit workflows in the system for business trips and expense claims
  6. Provide administrative support for global visits, workshops, and seminars in Thailand as assigned including coordinating with internal for meeting room
  7. Monitor and assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and purchase requests for cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related field
  • 1 year of experience as a secretary, personal assistant (PA) for executives / or assistant of a senior secretary, personal assistant (PA) (experience or knowledge in a tech company is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage proactively with team members and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined, with a focus on continuous process improvement and teamwork
  • Able to perform under pressure with high productivity and accuracy, even within tight deadlines and limited resources
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrates high levels of commitment and responsibility
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
