Influencer Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

• Research, identify, and evaluate suitable influencers (KOLs) across multiple digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
• Develop influencer marketing proposals and budget allocations to align with campaign objectives and brand goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and relevant partners.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, and contract terms to ensure cost efficiency and clear working conditions.
• Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day influencer operations, ensuring all deliverables align with the approved strategy and timeline.
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance data to extract insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations for future improvement.
• Coordinate influencer payment processes, including invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Collaborate with admin team to provide accurate influencer payment information .

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• For Junior level: 1 to 2 years+ of experience in influencer agency, marketing, advertising, media buying, or related fields.
• Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Google Workspace).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience working with micro and nano influencers is a strong advantage.
• Highly organized with effective time-management abilities.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within tight timelines.
• Actively up-to-date with social media trends, especially influencer marketing trends.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
