Our partner, a large-scale global manufacturing company undergoing transformation, is seeking a highly experienced
HR Director
to lead its HR strategy and operations. This role will play a pivotal part in steering the organization through technological advancements while overseeing
talent management, employee engagement (EE), employee relations (ER), compensation & benefits, HR operations, and organizational development
.

The HR Director will serve as a
strategic advisor
to management, driving workforce transformation, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring seamless HR operations in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior management on
    workforce planning, organizational structure, and change management
    .
  • Lead and implement HR transformation initiatives to support business growth and technological advancements.
  • Align HR strategies with company objectives to drive operational efficiency and high performance.
  • Revise hiring practices to
    attract talent skilled in advanced manufacturing technologies
    .
  • Develop and execute retention strategies emphasizing
    continuous learning and career development
    .
  • Lead
    performance management processes
    to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Implement strategies to
    reskill and upskill employees
    , aligning workforce capabilities with evolving industry demands.
  • Maintain open and constructive communication with
    labor unions
    to ensure a balanced and productive work environment.
  • Enhance employee engagement
    and well-being through proactive initiatives and organizational culture development.
  • Oversee
    salary structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans
    to maintain market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in a multinational company with a global working culture.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, labor unions, and employee relations.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to align HR with business strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide HR teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Thai native speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
