Overview

Dhipaya Insurance is seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Director to lead our Human Resources function and play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness, talent excellence, and people development. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to shape HR strategy, strengthen culture, and support the company's long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with the company's mission, culture, and business goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to CEO and executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
  • Lead transformation initiatives to improve HR processes, digitalization, and employee experience.

2. Talent Management & Development

  • Oversee recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent across all levels.
  • Drive succession planning, leadership development, and capability-building programs.
  • Enhance performance management frameworks to ensure fairness, clarity, and high performance.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative culture that reflects Dhipaya's values.
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and labor law compliance.
  • Lead employee engagement, retention strategies, and internal communication initiatives.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure efficient delivery of HR services, including payroll, benefits, welfare, and employee administration.
  • Maintain strict compliance with Thai labor law, insurance industry regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  • Establish HR policies, SOPs, KPIs, and governance frameworks.

5. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Oversee compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and annual performance review cycles.
  • Develop competitive rewards programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Monitor HR-related budgets and ensure cost efficiency.

6. Organizational Development

  • Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives including workforce planning, culture-building, and change management.
  • Support business transformation and new business development through robust HR strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/HR Director role.
  • Proven experience in a large corporate environment; experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, HR best practices, and modern HR technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growth mindset.
