Project Details :

Seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Support Engineer with strong technical expertise in DevSecOps. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional technical support and ensure customer success. Implementation tasks will be secondary and performed only when there are no active support tickets. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality support, assist with deployments when needed, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support & Customer Success

- Act as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries.

- Provide Tier 2 or Tier 1 support and escalation-level technical support to resolve complex issues.

- Monitor customer environments and proactively prevent issues.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure service-level compliance.

- Deliver Customer Product training if required.

- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base for continuous improvement.

- Implementation & Delivery (Secondary Role)

- Assist in solution deployment, configuration, and integration when no active support tickets exist.

- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to security and compliance standards.

- Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams for successful implementation.

- Strategic & Organizational Contributions

- Work per assignment from management for special tasks.

- Contribute to R&D initiatives and technology evaluations.

- Support onboarding and training of new team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

    - Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support or DevSecOps environments.

    - Strong understanding of software development, SDLC, and agile methodologies.

    - Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).

    - Hands-on experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization.

    - Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and application security best practices.

    - Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with application security products such as Checkmarx, Snyk, and Appdome.

    - Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing .

    - Experience security compliance frameworks (OWASP, NIST, ISO

    - Strong documentation and mentoring capabilities.
