As a
Content Creator (Chinese Speaking)
you will play a key role specializing in content production for the Chinese digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating platform-specific content for Douyin, Xiaohongshu (RED), and other relevant Chinese platforms, ensuring alignment with local trends, user behavior, and brand strategy.

In This Role, You'll Get To

  • Platform-Specific Content Creation:
  • Create engaging short-form videos, graphics, and copy specifically tailored for Chinese platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and Weibo.
  • Script & Caption Writing:
  • Craft culturally relevant Chinese captions and scripts that connect with the local audience and reflect current trends and behaviors.
  • Trend Research & Application:
  • Stay up to date with Chinese digital trends, hashtags, influencer styles, and cultural moments to enhance content strategy and execution.
  • Content Shoot Coordination:
  • Organize and take part in various content shoots—including lifestyle, product reviews, and behind-the-scenes—ensuring creative output meets quality standards.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Analyze content performance across platforms and adjust strategies based on algorithm changes and audience feedback.
  • Brand & Cultural Localization:
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice and adapts effectively to Chinese consumer behaviors and cultural contexts.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese (HSK4 +).
  • Strong understanding of Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and other Chinese platforms.
  • Experience creating short-form videos, graphics, and engaging copy.
  • Knowledge of Chinese digital trends, hashtags, and influencer culture.
  • Creative and culturally aware, with strong storytelling skills.
  • Basic production and editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Photoshop).
  • Ability to track content performance and optimize based on insights.
