Key Responsibilities :

  • Branding for Big C: Develop and manage the overall branding strategy for Big C, ensuring strong market presence and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Store Format Positioning: Lead branding and format store positioning for all store formats, creating distinct and appealing identities tailored to each format's target customers.
  • Private Labels and Housebrand: Oversee branding for all private labels and house brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with Big C's brand values and market positioning.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities, using insights to inform and refine branding strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Special Marketing projects: Collaborate with marketing, trade plan, commercial and other relevant teams to ensure cohesive execution of brand strategies and lead and manage special projects for marketing

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field.
  • At least 5-7 years' experience of branding, marketing communications and Media Agency.
  • Understands the Thai retail ecommerce market and its dynamics.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic orientation.
  • Strong marketing communication skills across traditional media, content marketing digital, social event marketing, including management of multi-layer campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
