General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preliminarily formulate the project integration plan/budget estimation; be responsible for the reasonableness of contract clauses and detailed rules related to service such as the delivery project duration, acceptance standard; ensure that the project can be delivered.
  • Review the formulation of the project master plan; coordinate relevant resources according to the plan.
  • Organize and supervise all work related to project delivery to ensure that all work is carried out in an orderly manner.
  • Approver of project financial personnel in completing the budget benchmark and future project rolling budget according to the overall project plan.
  • Communicate with  directors from customer end,  and Manage the stakeholders expectations.
  • Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
  • Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization
  • Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization
  • Manager key   Risk & Issue on customer side .
  • Be responsible of scope , quality  , progress  and cost .

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years IT Project/Program management experience, be good at communication with stakeholders from client.
  • Delivery on time focus and ability to deliver the project in time schedule to expectations despite many challenges.
  • Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in a demanding Customer environment.
  • Exceptional problem solving and flexibility.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills .
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult customers and/or situations and deliver under pressure.
  • Ability to provide concise and clear, written and verbal reports.
  • Proven ability to interact within a multi-cultural environment.
