Job Summary
The WB Branch Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within the branch network, driving sales of wealth management products, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of UOB's affluent and high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new wealth management clients through referrals, networking, and cold calling, expanding the branch's client base.
  • Provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions to clients, including investments, insurance, foreign exchange, and other wealth management products, tailored to their individual risk profiles and goals.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for wealth management products and services, contributing to the branch's overall revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios, providing updates on market conditions and recommending adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to UOB's internal policies, as well as regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with other branch colleagues and specialists (e.g., product specialists, credit officers) to deliver integrated financial solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and new wealth management products to effectively advise clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or relationship management within the banking industry, preferably with a focus on affluent or high-net-worth clients.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets for wealth management products.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products (e.g., mutual funds, bonds, equities), insurance products, and other financial instruments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • Possession of relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., Wealth Management Licenses, Investment Consultant License) as required by Thai regulations.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and client-focused with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is essential.
