Key Responsibilities

  1. Online Strategy – Digital Growth & Performance

  2. Lead performance marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google) to maximize ROAS and direct bookings.

  3. Define and oversee the content strategy across digital platforms, ensuring high-quality, on-brand Reels, TikToks, and social media content that drives engagement and conversion.
  4. Manage and optimize the hotel website, focusing on UX/UI improvement, content relevance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  5. Monitor digital performance, analyze insights, and continuously refine campaigns to achieve business objectives.

  1. Offline Strategy – Brand Visibility & Guest Experience

  2. Plan and execute on-property activations, seasonal campaigns, and outlet launches to increase brand awareness and local foot traffic.

  3. Manage offline branding and collateral, including in-room materials, menus, signage, outdoor advertising, and promotional assets.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and lifestyle partners, coordinating hosted stays and PR activities.
  5. Develop strategic partnerships with banks, airlines, luxury brands, and lifestyle partners to strengthen brand presence and reach new audiences.
