รายละเอียดงาน

  • การวางแผนโครงการ: ตรวจสอบแผนการก่อสร้าง (Construction Plan) และเสนอแนะการปรับแก้ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมาย ในการสร้าง Condominium และ Hotel & Resort ให้แล้วเสร็จตามแผนงาน งบประมาณ และมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
  • การบริหารงบประมาณ: ควบคุมต้นทุนการก่อสร้างให้อยู่ภายในงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้ โดยเฉพาะค่าใช้จ่ายที่อยู่นอกเหนือการบริหารของผู้รับเหมา. ทั้งในช่วงก่อสร้างและช่วง Operation

การบริหารการก่อสร้าง: รายงานผลการดำเนินงาน ความก้าวหน้าของโครงการ และปัญหาอุปสรรคต่อผู้บริหาร พร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข และกำกับดูแลการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาและที่ปรึกษางานก่อสร้าง

  • การควบคุมคุณภาพ: ดูแลคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์งานก่อสร้างและสภาพแวดล้อมของโครงการ
  • การบริหารจัดการผู้รับเหมา: อนุมัติเอกสารงานก่อสร้าง เช่น Shop Drawing, Material, และ Method statement
  • การประสานงาน: ทำงานร่วมกับผู้ออกแบบ วิศวกร ที่ปรึกษา และผู้รับเหมา เพื่อให้การก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงเป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด และ ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายการตลาด และฝ่ายอื่นๆ เพื่อให้ยอดขายและยอดโอนเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
  • การส่งมอบโครงการ: จัดทำแผนการส่งมอบห้องชุดให้แก่เจ้าของร่วมตาม KPI ของโครงการนั้นๆ

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  • จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา สถาปัตยกรรม บริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในการบริหารโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือ ธุรกิจการบริการงานโรงแรม
  • มีประสบการณ์ Construction Management and Operation จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีทักษะการวางแผนโครงการ การควบคุมงบประมาณ การบริหารเวลา และการประสานงานกับหลายฝ่าย
  • มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การบริหารผู้เช่า และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  • สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและมีความยืดหยุ่นสูง
