About the Role:

SSSC Agents will need be technically proficient. The core competencies will be to facilitate and manage cases by interpreting Field Service Action (FSA) Bulletins and directives from Client management, process basic approvals, articulate replies in a clear and concise manner and identify Dealer trends and early warnings of Dealer dissatisfaction..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical web contacts and email requests from Client's dealerships and distributors.
  • Process basic technical approvals and administrative tasks.
  • Provide technical claim rejection assistance and approve part orders as required.
  • Participate in inbound/outbound technical call and web request programs.
  • Relay technical dealer concerns to supervisors and program analysts.
  • Maintain technical service performance metrics and ensure timely responses to dealer requests.
  • Utilise automotive knowledge to provide accurate and efficient technical support.
  • Continuously update technical skills and knowledge through training and hands-on experience.e

Qualifications & Experience

Relevant background (any of the following):

  • Test Engineer
  • Technician
  • Diagnosis technician

Who We're Looking For:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher level in Automotive, Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineers

Experience:

  • Min. 3-5 years of technical warranty experience in automotive industry

Technical Skills:

  • Technically competent
  • Computer and IT knowledge

Language Skills:

  • Good command in spoken and written in English

Computer skills:

  • Excellent skills in MS Office programs especially Excel and PowerPoint
