Job Responsibilities: Purchase and Import Manager
Oversee local and international procurement in the medical sector, ensuring adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
- Objective: Secure high-quality products/services at competitive prices and ensure on-time delivery.
Manage import processes to ensure compliance with legal and customs regulations.
- Objective: Minimize errors and reduce risks.
Analyze and compare supplier pricing for new vendors and outsourcing services.
- Objective: Expand trade channels, enhance product quality, and optimize cost efficiency.
Review procurement contracts for medical-related purchases exceeding 1 million THB before submitting to the legal department.
- Objective: Ensure compliance with procurement policies and protect the company from legal and financial risks.
Coordinate supplier contracts by conducting preliminary reviews and collaborating with the legal team for finalization.
- Objective: Secure reliable business agreements and minimize contract-related risks.
Manage travel arrangements, including domestic and international flight bookings, visa applications, and travel insurance for executives and employees.
- Objective: Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and prevent potential travel-related issues.
Oversee property and vehicle insurance, as well as annual vehicle tax renewals.
- Objective: Mitigate risks associated with corporate assets and vehicles.
Manage corporate fuel cards and employee accommodation bookings.
- Objective: Streamline processes and control costs within the company's budget.
Prepare annual department plans and budgets.
- Objective: Ensure effective financial planning and cost control.
Monitor and support subordinates in executing their workplans, identifying challenges, and providing guidance for problem-solving.
- Objective: Enhance team efficiency and long-term success.
Stay updated on training and seminar opportunities beneficial for the procurement team.
- Objective: Foster continuous learning and professional development.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications: Purchase and Import Manager
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Purchasing and Import Manager.
Language Proficiency:
English: Excellent
Listening: Excellent
- Reading: Excellent
- Speaking: Excellent
- Writing: Excellent
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
- Familiarity with Email and Internet usage.
