Inside Sales / Telemarketing Executive – Freight Forwarding | Bangkok

KTL International Thailand is expanding — and we're looking for an energetic Inside Sales / Telemarketing Executive to support our freight forwarding sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and building customer relationships from the office.

Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B telemarketing

Confident communication in Thai & English (spoken & written)

Skilled in Microsoft Excel, email, and CRM systems

Motivated to support sales with qualified leads and follow-ups

Enjoys hybrid working & a performance-driven environment


What You'll Do:

Call and follow up with potential customers to generate new business leads

Support the field sales team with rate requests and quotations

Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth booking and communication

Maintain and update CRM databases and sales activity reports


Career Growth:

Prove your success and you'll have the opportunity to move into Sales Executive or Key Account roles with full customer responsibility and strong commissions.
