Real Estate Inter Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking)

Location: Rama 9, Bangkok

Industry: Real Estate / Luxury Condominium

We are seeking a dynamic and high-performing International Sales Executive with fluency in Mandarin Chinese to join our elite sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales from the Chinese-speaking market and international investors for our Real Estate condominium projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Consulting: Provide professional consultations, project presentations, and guided tours of the property to Chinese and international prospects.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential buyers through various channels and networking.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing the deal, including contract coordination and payment follow-ups.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) is mandatory.

    HSK 5 or 6, or native-level fluency is highly preferred. Good command of English is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in Real Estate sales, Luxury Retail, or Hospitality is preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work on weekends or holidays (based on the duty roster).
