Job Description:

  1. Fleet Customer Support

  2. Coordinate with dealers and fleet customers to ensure efficient communication and service support.

  3. Plan and monitor after-sales services for fleet customers, including maintenance scheduling, workshop visits, and warranty repairs.
  4. Provide guidance on warranty policies and service conditions.

  5. Service Center & Operations Management

  6. Conduct on-site inspections of service centers to ensure compliance with fleet service and parts standards.

  7. Coordinate with service centers to arrange repair appointments and monitor repair status.
  8. Verify maintenance expenses according to fleet contracts or customer agreements.
  9. Analyze and summarize fleet vehicle status reports, such as number of vehicles under repair or upcoming maintenance schedules.

  10. Data & Report Management

  11. Maintain and update fleet vehicle service records in the system (VIN, license plate number, mileage, service history).

  12. Analyze recurring issues and report them to technical or manufacturing departments for corrective actions.

  13. Internal Coordination

  14. Work with parts, technical, warranty, and service center teams to resolve fleet-related issues.

  15. Participate in planning and implementing special fleet service projects or service campaigns.
  16. Provide data and service-related insights to support fleet sales team and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

Job Requirements:

  1. Industry Background:

  2. Required: Automotive industry experience.

  3. Work Experience:

  4. 2–5 years of experience in After-Sales Service or Fleet Service operations.

  5. Additional Requirements:

  6. Knowledge of automotive structure and maintenance processes.

  7. Strong coordination, data analysis, and corporate customer communication skills.
  8. Able to drive a car (valid driving license required).
  9. Good command of English (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus.

  10. Education:

  11. Bachelor's Degree (in any related field).

  12. Other Qualifications:

  13. Gender: Male / Female

  14. Age: 25–40 years old
  15. Language: Thai and English (Chinese optional)
