Fleet Area Service Specialist

Fleet Customer Support
Coordinate with dealers and fleet customers to ensure efficient communication and service support.
- Plan and monitor after-sales services for fleet customers, including maintenance scheduling, workshop visits, and warranty repairs.
- Provide guidance on warranty policies and service conditions.
Service Center & Operations Management
Conduct on-site inspections of service centers to ensure compliance with fleet service and parts standards.
- Coordinate with service centers to arrange repair appointments and monitor repair status.
- Verify maintenance expenses according to fleet contracts or customer agreements.
- Analyze and summarize fleet vehicle status reports, such as number of vehicles under repair or upcoming maintenance schedules.
Data & Report Management
Maintain and update fleet vehicle service records in the system (VIN, license plate number, mileage, service history).
- Analyze recurring issues and report them to technical or manufacturing departments for corrective actions.
Internal Coordination
Work with parts, technical, warranty, and service center teams to resolve fleet-related issues.
- Participate in planning and implementing special fleet service projects or service campaigns.
- Provide data and service-related insights to support fleet sales team and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Job Requirements:
Industry Background:
Required: Automotive industry experience.
Work Experience:
2–5 years of experience in After-Sales Service or Fleet Service operations.
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of automotive structure and maintenance processes.
- Strong coordination, data analysis, and corporate customer communication skills.
- Able to drive a car (valid driving license required).
- Good command of English (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (in any related field).
