Business Development Manager

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth of Smart PV solutions within the assigned region through proactive market development and strong customer relationship management.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand market presence and achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Understand customer needs deeply and deliver tailored Smart PV solutions by leveraging the company's technical and product advantages.
- Develop, manage, and empower channel partners and EPC partners to build a robust collaboration ecosystem.
- Monitor industry policies, market trends, and competitive dynamics to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution from contract signing to delivery.
- Continuously enhance customer engagement strategies to strengthen regional market share and brand influence.
Candidate Requirement:
- Possess more than three years of experience in market development or account management, with preference given to those who have experience in the utility ESS digital power sector.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher, with fluent English proficiency; preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in science and engineering, marketing, economics, or related fields.
- Have keen market insight, capable of quickly identifying potential clients and understanding market trends and competitive landscapes. Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to clearly articulate product advantages to clients and efficiently achieve cooperation. Have strong capabilities in client development and relationship building, proactively exploring new markets and achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrate good teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with internal technical and project teams to drive project implementation. Be proactive and able to handle challenging tasks, and adept at managing pressure.
