Performance Appraisal & Rewards

• Assist the Unit Manager in implementing the performance management system and related processes such as bonus, salary adjustment, and promotion.
• Coordinate and facilitate employees and managers in setting performance targets, conducting evaluations, and submitting appraisal results.
• Prepare and consolidate data, documents, and calculation worksheets to support performance evaluation and management decision-making.
• Process evaluation results and prepare summaries and reports for executive meetings.

HR Project Coordination

• Coordinate and participate in the design, development, and implementation of new HR systems, projects, and policies.
• Collect and analyze relevant data, prepare project documents and presentation materials, and act as a liaison among the working team, consultants, and business units.
• Serve as the key contact point for system maintenance and continuous improvement after project implementation.

HR Analysis & Planning

• Support HR and Department Managers in preparing analytical reports related to HR and organizational planning.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of HR data and information to support management decisions.

HR Development

• Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee capability, organizational effectiveness, and company growth.
• Identify and support opportunities for human resource development to align workforce capability with business needs.
• Provide information and guidance related to employee learning, training, and HR development programs.
