Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (Thai/English) Senior Team Lead to oversee the IT Data Centre Operations team under the Service Center function. This role is responsible for managing a team of 8–10 engineers working in a 24x7 shift rotation, ensuring the smooth operation of IT and network infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 8–10 IT engineers operating in a 24x7 shift rotation.

• Oversee daily operations of the data centre, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.

• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical incidents.

• Coordinate and support customer requirements, ensuring timely and effective communication in both Thai and English.

• Collaborate closely with the Japanese function head and other stakeholders to align operational goals.

• Monitor and report on team performance, service metrics, and operational KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize operational workflows.

• Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or data centre operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, network infrastructure, and data centre technologies.

• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (spoken and written).

• Proven ability to manage teams in a shift-based environment.

• Experience in incident management, problem resolution, and customer support.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
