SUMMARY:

Provide end-to-end financial leadership for site operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, performance analysis, and CAPEX evaluation. Act as a trusted advisor to management, ensuring strong cost control, effective manufacturing controls, regulatory and group compliance, and robust internal controls, while driving working capital efficiency and cash flow optimization through close cross-functional collaboration.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all financial and accounting operations for the manufacturing site in Thailand.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with TFRS, tax regulations, and Group policies.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and CAPEX evaluations.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking activities.
  • Ensure strong internal controls, audit coordination, and statutory compliance.
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting team and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • 5 – 10 years of finance and accounting experience, including managerial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • SAP ECC / S/4HANA experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Thai with good English communication skills.
