Job Description ;

  • Greet customers upon their arrival
  • Demonstrate proper use of makeup and skin care products
  • Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Help clients find products they're looking for in our shop
  • Inform customers on prices and special offers and promotion
  • Drive sales to compete Monthly Sales Target
  • Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
  • Cleaning and take a good care of the store to keep it clean and well organized

Qualifications ;

  • Experienced in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics (e.g., Beauty Advisor / Beauty Consultant / Retail Sales Associate)
  • Basic Computer skill. (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Service mind and excellence in service skill
  • Knowledge in skincare, make-up
  • Leadership and ability to motivate team under pressure.
