• สร้าง Creative Strategic Direction ให้กับแคมเปญ / โปรเจกต์ / คอนเทนต์ ในทุกช่องทาง โดยสามารถหยิบ Asset ทั้งหมดของ GMM มาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด (TV / KOLs / นักแสดง / Digital / Social / On-ground / PR)
• Develop Brand Narrative / Campaign Big Idea / Messaging House / Creative Concept และ Storyline
• เขียนและทำ Proposal, Deck นำเสนอไอเดียเชิงกลยุทธ์ พร้อม Strategic Reasoning ที่ชัดเจน
• ทำงานร่วมกับ Creative, Content, Media, Production และ Client Service เพื่อให้ Idea ถูกนำไป execute ได้จริง และ align ทุกฝ่าย
• Research Competitor, Trend, Culture, Audience Behavior ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสกัด insight ที่ใช้ได้
• ร่วม Present งานกับทีมให้ลูกค้า
คุณสมบัติ
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านกลยุทธ์/ครีเอทีฟ/คอนเทนต์/บรีฟ ครีเอทีฟ
• เข้าใจ Consumer Insight, Social Trend, Platform Behavior (TikTok / IG / FB / YouTube)
• คิดเชิง Concept / Narrative / Campaign ได้ ไม่ใช่แค่คอนเทนต์แยกชิ้น
• สามารถเล่า logic และเหตุผลเชิงกลยุทธ์ได้ ไม่ใช่แค่ไอเดียสวยๆ
• ใช้ Keynote/Powerpoint
/Canva ได้ดี ทำ deck ดู professional
• มีความสามารถด้าน Storytelling และการเขียน copy เป็น bonus
