The Opportunity
Thian Arun Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare clinic located in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. As the Clinic Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our medical facility, while delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
● Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow and optimal
efficiency.
● Implement, update and ensure compliance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for
all clinic activities.
● Ensure compliance with local regulations and healthcare standards.
● Manage clinic inventory to avoid shortages or wastage.
● Customer Service and Client Care
● Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring every patient has a positive
experience.
● Ensure the team addresses customer feedback, inquiries, and concerns promptly and
professionally.
● Collaborate with medical staff to ensure treatments are aligned with client expectations.
Team Leadership
● Foster a positive work environment to maintain staff morale and motivation.
● Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including receptionists, nurses, and other non-
medical personnel.
● Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Marketing Support
● Collaborate with the marketing team and provide support for HQ gathering marketing
content
Financial Management
● Manage the clinic's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
● Track sales and expenses, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
● Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling and promotions.
Technology and Tools
● Oversee the implementation and use of clinic management software for bookings,
customer records, and reporting.
● Ensure staff are trained in and comfortable using digital tools and technologies.
What We're Looking For
Requirements:
● Diploma/degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the healthcare or aesthetic industry.
● Experience in medical tourism or working with international clients is a plus.
● Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development.
● Customer-oriented mindset with a proven ability to handle difficult situations.
● Knowledge of aesthetics treatments and procedures is a plus.
● Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
