What is your mission?
- Manage, oversee and connect the pipeline of qualified opportunities from the partner and distributer through channel for successful deal closure.
- Ensure a smooth handover of opportunities and deliver a consistent partner experience.
- Support partners in driving opportunity progression and resolving deal blockers.
- Monitor and report on pipeline progress to ensure timely deal closure such as chasing Purchasing Orders.
- Maintain accurate and clean data for forecasting and reporting.
- Analyze pipeline data to provide insights, highlight trends, and support data driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, partner, and operations teams to improve deal performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree (any).
- Good English proficiency and Native Thai speaker.
- Min 4+ years with IT partner sales or work in IT distributor.
- Experience in sales management, especially in digital sales motions and meeting deal deadlines.
- Strong ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with partners, driving co-sell motions effectively.
- High attention to detail to maintain data hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
- Proficiency in pipeline data analysis, generating insights and driving informed actions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, to work effectively with partners and internal teams such as conducting webinars.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset to manage partner challenges and ensure smooth opportunity progression.
- Architecture certification from any cloud service provider & knowledge with any Cloud products is a big plus.
