- Over 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common IT applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
