About the role

Become the welcoming face of THE EMBASSY DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. as our full-time Receptionist based in Chon Buri. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all visitors and clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel
3. Maintain the reception area and ensure it is presentable and well-organised at all times
4. Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling basic office duties
5. Assist with various other tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the office

What we're looking for

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
2. Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
3. Proficient in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite
4. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service-oriented role is preferred
5. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
