Job Overview

We are seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic Kids' Play Assistant to join our family-friendly indoor playground team. In this role, you will ensure a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience for children ages 1–7 while supporting parents and maintaining a clean play environment.


Key Responsibilities

Ensure Child Safety

  • Supervise children at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
  • Ensure all play areas and equipment are safe and age-appropriate
  • Provide care and comfort when children are upset, tired, or unwell

Organize and Support Children's Activities

  • Lead pre-planned activities such as coloring, drawing, simple crafts, and storytelling
  • Encourage creative and imaginative play
  • Adapt activities to different developmental levels

Communication with Parents

  • Give regular updates on children's participation and behavior
  • Report any unusual incidents, injuries, or health concerns immediately
  • Respect instructions and special requests from parents

Maintain Clean & Tidy Play Spaces

  • Sanitize toys, play equipment, and high-touch areas regularly
  • Keep play zones well-organized and safe
  • Report or remove any damaged or unsafe items
  • Assist with stock reporting in relevant departments (e.g., toys, supplies)

Encourage Positive Behavior

  • Promote teamwork, sharing, and respectful play
  • Use positive reinforcement techniques
  • Support a calm, friendly, and inclusive environment for all children

Qualifications & Key Attributes
  • Genuine love for children and interest in child development
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • Highly responsible and safety-focused attitude
  • Experience or training in childcare or preschool activities is a strong advantage

  • Ability to speak additional languages is a plus. Especially English, Chinese, or Russian

  • First-aid certification and background in safety or childcare is a strong advantage

  • Monthly Net Salary: 14, ,000 THB (reviewed every 6 months).
