Category Associate (E-Commerce) supports the day-to-day management of online product categories, including product setup, content accuracy, promotional execution, and sales reporting. This role works closely with category managers and cross-functional teams to maintain product listings, execute promotions, analyze sales data, and assist in vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and passionate about e-commerce, product trends, and digital retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Supplier Coordination

  • Coordinate with suppliers to support product registration, listing-in, and visibility bookings across e-commerce platform including Lazada, Shopee, Owned platforms, and delivery service platforms.
  • Follow up on required documents such as CA (Contract Agreement) forms.
  • Assist in checking and verifying product violation data with suppliers and RA team.
  • Support new product (NPD) setup and assortment updates across platforms.

Promotion & Campaign Support

  • Help prepare and consolidate monthly promotion plans from suppliers.
  • Confirm product availability and stock readiness for campaigns.
  • Track and ensure correct product linkage on banners and campaign placements.

Inventory & Operations

  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to support inbound stock readiness.
  • Assist in tracking aging products and low inventory SKUs.
  • Monitor daily campaign activities and product visibility issues.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare basic reports on sales performance,
  • Track and report on coupon, voucher, and cross-selling SKU performance.
  • Update product titles and descriptions based on marketplace search trends.
  • Help review high/low traffic and conversion SKUs to support campaign planning.
  • Assist in TTA (Trade Term Agreement) and funding tracking with internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or retail operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills (Thai and English).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.
