TV business development manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for sell-in and sell-out.
- Monitor and report on sales performance against KPIs.
- Manage aging stock .
- Optimize inventory turnover to minimize losses.
- Control and optimize Laser TV expense rates to align with budget guidelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Identify and develop new sales channels to expand market reach.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in sales, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs.
