Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Study and review product testing requirements in accordance with relevant standards.
- Develop test concepts and testing plans.
- Calculate testing costs and timelines.
- Perform and control testing activities in accordance with the laboratory quality system under ISO/IEC 17025.
- Prepare test reports and other related documentation.
- Maintain and take care of testing instruments and equipment.
- Study, collect, verify, and analyze data related to research project coordination, project proposal preparation, research funding applications, research reporting, and dissemination of research outputs in various formats, as well as other relevant information for research planning.
- Carry out duties according to research grant coordination plans and procedures under established rules, regulations, and manuals, under the supervision of supervisors.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks, and liaise with government or private organizations to obtain research and development funding.
Qualifications
- Male or female, aged 22–35 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or other related fields.
- 1–5 years of experience with knowledge in automotive mechanical testing, product inspection, and other related areas.
- Knowledge or strong skills in using testing equipment, hand tools, engineering measurement tools, data acquisition systems, and ability to read/write engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of engines and experience in coordination or participation in automotive parts research projects.
- Possession of a valid driving license and ability to drive (for off-site work).
