Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Program management for various cost management projects
• Research and design use cases for spend analytics
• Leverage AI tools to drive spend analytics solutions
• Collaborating with other groups (IDM, DM, Logistics, etc.) to deliver cost savings and working capital results

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree equivalent education/training/experience or equivalent military experience required
• 7 years of related work experience or leading complex projects desired
• 5+ years of Should Cost cleansheet experience
• Experience with automated Should Cost tools and working directly with suppliers and commodity managers to drive cost improvements

SKILLS:

• Design and analyze cost-saving and working capital projects
• Understanding of supply chain and finance principles to enable cost saving projects
• Good presentation skills including written, oral, presentation
• Good organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across multiple areas and management levels
