Join our Value Chain Transformation team — a specialized group within ABeam's Strategic Transformation practice — where we help clients reimagine and optimize their end-to-end business operations.

What We Do

The Value Chain Transformation team partners with clients across industries to design and implement strategies that create operational excellence and business value. We work on initiatives that enhance performance across the entire value chain — from procurement and supply chain, to manufacturing, logistics, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to assess their current value chain processes and identify transformation opportunities.
  • Develop strategies and roadmaps to optimize end-to-end operations and enable business growth.
  • Support clients in aligning their people, processes, and technology to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital Technology, SAP Implementation, Industry Specialists) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Lead or support workshops, interviews, and data analysis to gain insights and drive recommendations.
  • Contribute to project delivery including solution design, change management, and implementation support.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in supply chain, operations, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting or business transformation projects (for experienced hires). Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Thai proficiency is an advantage).
  • Interest in value chain, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience or knowledge in ERP (e.g., SAP) or supply chain solutions is a plus.
