Qualifications
? A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Manager role or a similar position. Experience in the real estate business or a related industry is a strong plus.
? Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Public Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
? Deep understanding of HR principles and processes, including recruitment, talent development, compensation management, and labor laws.
? Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives and employees at all levels.
? Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and management skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Key Responsibilities
? Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy covering talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits, and performance management to support organizational growth.
? Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from defining qualifications and posting job advertisements to conducting interviews and extending job offers, ensuring the company hires high-quality and suitable candidates.
? Compensation and Benefits: Develop and manage a competitive and legally compliant system for employee compensation, benefits, and incentives to attract and retain talent.
? 4.Talent Development: Plan and organize training and development programs for employees at all levels to enhance their skills and prepare them for career advancement.
? Performance Management: Design and manage the Performance Management System to ensure all employees have clear goals and are evaluated fairly.
? Employee Relations: Act as a liaison and resolve workplace conflicts. Foster a positive work atmosphere and promote a strong company culture.
? General HR Administration: Handle all HR administrative tasks, such as creating employment contracts, maintaining employee records, managing leave requests, and handling other employee benefits.
? Legal Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws to ensure the company's policies and practices are in full compliance with legal requirements.
