Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee Project Management Office (PMO) support under the Program Lead.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business units and technical teams to ensure project execution aligns with AI strategy, compliance requirements, and business goals.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise in technology and partnership-related projects.
  • Drive project governance, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices across teams.
  • Enable long-term transformation success through scalable and sustainable project delivery.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies, and report to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably with technology and partnership-related projects.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional programs and delivering strategic initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of AI strategy implementation and compliance frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to drive transformation and influence change at an organizational level.
