Senior Project Manager – Technology & eCommerce
Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale technology and digital transformation projects in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires strong delivery discipline, stakeholder management, and coordination across business, technology, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects from initiation to go-live and stabilization
  • Own project plans, timelines, RAID logs, budgets, and communications
  • Drive alignment across Business, Technology, Data, Operations, Finance, and vendors
  • Manage stakeholders, vendors, and steering forums; resolve risks and issues
  • Oversee requirements gathering, solution design reviews, change management, and user adoption
  • Lead UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support
  • Ensure governance, reporting, financial tracking, and documentation standards are met
Requirements
  • 5–10 years' experience in project management, digital transformation, or IT delivery
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams
  • Retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or logistics experience preferred
  • PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) a plus
  • Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data flows advantageous
