What we're looking for:

• Final year Undergraduate/Master's student with outstanding academic achievement
• Must demonstrate a track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities
• Demonstrate a combination of strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client-focused
• Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and oral communications skills
• Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, team focus
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities. Comfortable with change and adjust to changing demands and requirements
• Demonstrates energy & drive and dedication to building a career in the investment banking industry
• Fluency in English is essential, appropriate Asian language skills are also essential

The Global Investment Banking group serves the complex needs of a wide range of clients across sectors and regions. By developing long-term, trusted relationships with clients, the Global Investment Banking team offers innovative solutions as clients consider strategic and transformational transactions. Within a focused industry or product group, full-time analysts help orchestrate capital raising and strategic advisory transactions.

What you'll do:
As a full-time analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Developing and maintaining complex financial models
• Performing various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
• Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
• Preparation of presentation and other materials for clients
• Participation in due diligence sessions, communications and interaction with deal team members
• Management of several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team. Work on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product and country coverage groups, providing you with a unique learning opportunity
• Help the team deliver solutions to clients leveraging full spectrum of the bank's capabilities
• Develop and leverage upon a truly global network - learn from, and work with, teams consisting of professionals drawn from across the business, including senior bankers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm and colleagues from around the globe
• Build relationships, knowledge and experience that will open doors to a wide range of future career options and opportunities

Our Full-Time Analyst program is designed to offer you a broad and exciting experience of work as a full time Investment Banking Analyst. Your training and development is our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the program in addition to on the job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.

Unique to Bank of America is our provision of a Chief Resource Officer (CRO). The CRO's sole purpose is to manage and optimize the junior banker experience on a very hands-on manner. The CRO partners closely with senior leadership to instill the firm's culture, to ensure work/life balance and to provide a well-rounded, fun and value-add experience for junior bankers.

In some countries, Analysts are placed in a generalist team which means a 'staffer' will staff you on projects in specific industry, product and country coverage groups. In others, Analysts are placed directly with a specific team. Team placement is determined by considering business needs and the interests/skills of the Analyst.

Program Overview
For most countries in Asia Pacific, training begins when you will join newly-hired analysts from around the world for an intensive and highly structured few weeks to learn about our global company, its culture and all the relevant tools, techniques and working practices you'll need to succeed. You'll also receive grounding in your chosen business area, as you develop your professional skills and team-working capabilities.

On return to your local office, you'll take on additional responsibility at an early stage. With on-going development opportunities throughout the program you'll be encouraged to grow your abilities through on-the-job learning and structured training. We'll support and reward you on the basis of your individual performance.
