Responsibilities:

  • Design and improve manufacturing processes and systems to achieve production and quality targets.
  • Apply engineering principles to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable operations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and assess risks for new process implementations.
  • Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for higher productivity, reduced waste, and improved quality.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define and maintain quality standards for manufacturing operations.
  • Document process designs, specifications, work instructions, and procedures accurately.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate process performance and improvement recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to operations teams on new equipment and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
