We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee our daily financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing tax submissions, and providing insightful financial analysis to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Oversight: Supervise and ensure the accuracy of daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and cash management.
  • Financial Reporting: Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes and prepare complete Financial Statements (F/S) for management.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and handle VAT (PP.30) and Withholding Tax (PND 3, 53) submissions; coordinate directly with the Revenue Department on all tax-related issues.
  • Audit & External Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and accounting firms to ensure smooth annual audits.
  • Analysis & Budgeting: Provide detailed financial analysis reports and assist in the preparation of annual budgeting.
  • Internal Control: Review all accounting documents, vouchers, and internal records to maintain high standards of financial integrity.
  • Field Work: Travel to government agencies, banks, or other sites as required using a personal vehicle.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in accounting roles (Supervisory experience is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), tax laws, and internal control systems.
  • Language: Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Mobility: Must have a personal car and a valid driving license for business travel.
  • Certification: CPD License is a significant advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
