leading HVAC manufacturer with over USD20B in revenue
. The company is recognized for its focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and developing environmentally-responsible solutions for healthier, more cost-effective, and sustainable buildings.
As they are currently in a
growth phase in the APAC region
, we are looking to hire an
Engineering Leader who will be responsible for leading the product transfer activities and engineering capability development in APAC.
This role reports to the VP Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising product development, design, lab testing, and certification. There will be a strong focus on
product development. - Manage 6 teams: screw chiller engineering team; unitary engineering team; VRF engineering team; airside engineering team; electrical engineering team; lab and certification team.
- Ability to coordinating across-functions such as Product Management, Engineering team, ISC, HR and sales team to deliver the project planning, following, on cost and on- time results to support SBU strategic growth.
- Organize the leadership review meeting and manage the project report, summary and action follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above, ideally in HVAC or mechanical engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical or HVAC design, manufacturing, product management, product planning, program management.
- Strong experience with product development.
- Fluent in Thai and English
