Responsibilities

  • Studying, understanding clearly, and analyzing job descriptions, qualifications, and other skills.
  • Create job postings on the website and other sites to attract skilled applicants.
  • Sourcing the potential candidates, screening, interviewing, selecting, reference, and background checks.
  • Managing and maintaining the recruitment, selection, and testing process.
  • Creating, coordinating for interviews, and acting as a communication channel till the recruiting process is completed.
  • Negotiating candidates to achieve a mutual benefit till the recruitment process is completed.
  • Preparing and maintaining hiring documents, applicant confirmation, and new employee checklist process.
  • Handling all recruitment projects such as job fairs.
  • Supporting all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests such as Orientation, Internal Activity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the IT Recruitment field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with good planning, and systematic thinking.
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal, service-minded, and sense of urgency, working as a team, and able to work independently.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Able to work under pressure and manage tasks on time assigned.
