**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight and Management**: Oversee all construction projects, collaborating with engineers and supervisors on **planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring timely project completion.**:

- **Risk Analysis and Tendering Strategy**: Conduct a detailed **technical analysis of tender documents** to proactively identify risk factors and ensure compliance with all technical standards. Coordinate with senior management to inform the overall risk assessment and bid decision.
- **Multilingual Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the primary technical liaison, **consulting and coordinating with clients and consultants in Mandarin Chinese** for critical clarifications regarding specifications, design concepts, MEP, and Data Center requirements. Attend pre-tender and technical meetings as necessary.
- **Cost Efficiency and Estimation**: Drive cost optimization by **collaborating with the design/drafting section** during tender preparation to refine methodologies. **Review and finalize comprehensive project cost estimates** (direct and indirect) prepared by the Estimation Engineer, ensuring accuracy across all materials (BOQ), labor, equipment, and required systems.
- **Procurement Coordination**:Liaise with the Procurement department** to finalize and approve suppliers and subcontractors for each project, both before and after the contract award.
- **Contract Handover**: Upon project award, provide the Project Manager with all necessary project information, including the final budget and detailed **clarifications on contractual rights and remedies** considered during the tendering phase.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field; a specialization in Civil Engineering, MEP work, or Project/Construction Management is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of **5 years of relevant working experience** in tendering or a related role, experience in managing **Data Center projects**is highly preferred**.**:

- **Language Skills**: Proficient in** Mandarin Chinese, Thai, and English**communication are essential.
- **Technical Knowledge / Business Acumen**: Strong general knowledge of the construction business.
- **Skills**:Strong abilities in** analytical thinking, strategic development, research,** and excellent **collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.**Also, can manage/handle document-heavy assignments.
- **Willingness to relocate**:Must be able to relocate as required for business needs.
