Seek for 3 Training Specialists

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Specialist to join our Learning & Development team in supporting the large-scale implementation of a new system for our client's workforce. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering training sessions, supporting, and ensuring smooth coordination of training logistics both locally and in neighboring countries.

Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Deliver system training to client employees across multiple countries, both onsite and remotely.
  • Provide on-ground support during go-live and post-training phases.
  • Work closely with the Training Operation Manager and Training Supervisor to support day-to-day training operations and ensure seamless execution of training activities.

2. Training Coordination & Logistics

  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, equipment, and participant registration.
  • Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place for smooth training delivery across different sites and countries.
  • Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

3. Evaluation & Reporting

·       Collect and analyze participant feedback and post-training evaluations to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

·       Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, outcomes, and key performance metrics.

·       Prepare quarterly training reports summarizing overall training progress, effectiveness, and data-driven insights.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams such as IT, Project Management, and Client Support to align training goals with project milestones.
  • Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries from client stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external vendors or trainers when necessary.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in training delivery or learning & development

·       Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written)

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with virtual training tools such as Zoom and MS Teams; experience with LMS is a plus.

·       Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while also working independently with minimal supervision.

·       Willing and able to travel internationally to neighboring countries (e.g. Malaysia) as needed.
