Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangkok for a Quality Assurance Lead, specializing in the insurance business. The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for overseeing quality control, implementing and managing quality assurance processes, Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality audits, developing quality management strategies, and ensuring that all processes comply with regulatory and company standards.

  1. Lead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing test strategies to ensure product quality.

  2. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.

  3. Define and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices.

  4. Oversee functional, regression, integration, and performance testing activities.

  5. Mentor and train QA team members to improve skills and productivity.

Qualifications;

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 
Proven experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3-5 years in a lead role.

  1. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  2. Experience with both manual and automated testing.

5. Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA,TestRail), automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).

  1. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
