Software Quality Assurance/Tester

We are looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing processes. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to identify issues and drive improvements

Report to Lead Software Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:

● Ensure quality of our products through functional and non-functional testing on products level and features level.

● Works with colleagues and customers to understand needs and requirements

● Define, write and maintain test procedures to handle end-to-end testing of web and mobile applications, and back-end services APIs.

● Create and maintain software tools to assist web, services and mobile feature developers and manual testers with adhoc testing.

● Collaborate with features developers to validate product deliverables.

● Provide and accept technical feedback on requirements for expanding test harness capabilities and participate with the implementation and testing of these features.

● Research and advise on new and alternative tools, technologies and test automation approaches. ● Work with the team to triage issues and move the project forward

● Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies

● Contribute in continuous improvement in Agile development environment

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or a technology-related field.

● 1-2 years of testing experience in software development projects.

● In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.

● knowledge in defining and tracking quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status

● Experience with REST and WebSockets.

● Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Robot Testing, Selenity is preferred.

● Experience with distributed performance and loading test of services preferred.

● Passion for and willingness to learn Blockchain technologies

● Good problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to think out-of-the-box.

● Good verbal and communication skills in both English and Thai.

● High energy, self-motivation, willing to work hard and the desire to work in a dynamic start-up environment
