Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform non-destructive testing using appropriate techniques in accordance with manufacturer's instructions or other approved technical documentation in support of the maintenance, repair, or overhaul of aerospace components, assemblies, or systems using tools.
  2. Performs NDT daily process control per applicable standards and the procedure being used.
  3. Ensures work is accomplished per applicable standards, specifications and approved technical documentation using approved tools and equipment per the production schedule in order to meet or exceed company business goals.
  4. Attend technical training program and learn the skills necessary to perform the job.
  5. Perform non-destructive testing on aerospace components, assemblies, systems and associated hardware using tools and equipment such as inspection and testing tools, measuring tools, specialized and common tools, fluorescent penetrant inspection machines and equipment, magnetic particle inspection machines and equipment, cleaning tools and equipment, and chemicals.
  6. Work with the Operations Manager to ensure production resources including materials, equipment and human resources are available as needed to maintain production schedules.
  7. Support continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
  8. Identifying lean and other productivity measures to hit cost targets.
  9. Must follow and maintain all regulations from aviation authorities (eg FAA, EASA, CAAC and CAAT). Follow all company policies, including safety and quality instructions.
  10. Possess good knowledge of the company's ERP system and be able to operate job relevant ERP system operations.
  11. Perform basic preventative maintenance and upkeep of all equipment.
  12. Perform other required tasks as assigned by the supervisor or employer.
  13. Able to read, interpret and understand drawings, 3D drawings, maintenance manuals, process sheets or other approved technical data and/or specifications.
  14. Good reading/spoken/written English language skills.  TOEIC Score must be 550 or above.

15.Good computer literacy and skill with business software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

  1. Interacting and working with customer service, engineering, HR, management, production employees, supply chain and others as required in order to achieve and complete business and strategic objectives.
  2. Must be self-motivated, organized and have good attention to detail.
  3. Job as per assignment.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (major field of Aerospace or Aeronautical, Mechanical, Production, Materials, NDT engineering) or Bachelor's degree in another engineering field plus NDT experience.
  2. Must be willing and able to travel to the U.S.A. for training.  Candidate needs to qualify for training visa in order to attend mandatory training in U.S.A.
  3. Candidate should possess a friendly, motivating personality and be very customer oriented, with proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
  4. Able to work under pressure, with other people, and as a member of a team.

Able to work overtime, shift work, and weekends when needed to support production.
