Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Freight Sales professional to join our commercial team. This role is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting SCGJWD's freight forwarding services across Air, Sea, and Cross-border logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and present customized logistics solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Achieve sales targets and provide regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience as a Sales/ Key Account in freight forwarding with an understanding of all related processes and documents.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Good command in reading and writing English.
