Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and play a role in a small team to fulfil the below duties to work with our office in different countries independently
  2. Experience in bank transactions, overseas payment and receipts and banking facilities particular for out-out and in-out or out-in and relevant knowledge in custom compliance and reporting
  3. Manage daily accounting work and ensure it is done properly
  4. Manage all accounting journal entries, accounting vouchers and filing according to Thai accounting standard and revenue rule and codes and Group standard
  5. Prepare month-end closing and monthly financial report for top management's review and to complete and submit for closing of financial statement yearly end financial statements for statutory and taxation purpose (CPD license or Accounting University Degree with eligibility to obtain CPD license within 1 or 2 years to assist CPD license holder). Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents throughout the process.
  6. Prepare output and input VAT report including PP30, PP36
  7. Prepare withholding tax forms (PND 3, 53, 54)
  8. Prepare information for income tax return (PND 50, 51) and all sorts of tax filing
  9. Payroll calculation and personal VAT / Social Security submission (SSO preparation and submission)

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Vocational Certificate (V.C.), Associate's Degree (A.D.), or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  2. 2 to 4 years work experience in accounting function
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  4. Knowledge in TAS (Thailand Accounting Standard).
  5. Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
  6. Communication in English.

  2. Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 17:30 PM.
